Matthew Neeb
Head of School
Matthew brings over a decade of experience in independent and international education, specializing in program development and global partnerships.
Matthew held roles at Upland Country Day School, American Curriculum Partenrships, and Saint Stanislaus boarding school. He is passionate about expanding educational access and delivering high-quality, flexible learning experiences for students around the globe.

Emily Mattesky
Director of College Advising
Emma Mattesky is the Driector of College Advising and a member of our teachign faculty. She has extensive experience in teaching English Language Arts and developing curricula that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.

Jennifer Cranston
Director of Enrollment
Jennifer brings extensive experience in international and cross-border education to her role as Director of Enrollment. With a strong background in homestay coordination and independent school enrollment management, she has developed a deep understanding of the needs of both domestic and international students. Jennifer is passionate about building meaningful connections between families, schools, and educational programs to ensure each student finds the right academic fit and support for success.
Our Programs
Penn School's High School Program provides a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum with diverse electives that help students explore interests aligned with future college majors or career paths. The Middle School Program broadens students' worldviews and independence through innovative technology use, and partnership programs offer flexibility for homeschool co-ops, athletic academies, and an international dual-diploma option.
